Research opportunities
PaveLab welcomes motivated researchers interested in pavement materials, sustainable infrastructure and quantitative engineering analysis. Opportunities may be available for doctoral researchers, project staff, M.Tech. students and undergraduate project students. Current funded positions are listed below; general guidance is provided for other routes.

What we look for
Strong applicants are curious about material behaviour, careful with experimental or computational records and willing to learn methods beyond their immediate specialisation. Prior experience in pavement engineering is valuable but not always essential; clarity of purpose, quantitative readiness and sustained effort matter more than generic statements of interest.
